By accessing or using the Chat-Based Expense Manager application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service.

2. Description of Service

We provide a tool that allows you to manage expenses via chat interfaces (like Slack) and visualizes the data via a web dashboard. The service reads and writes data to a Google Sheet that you own and control.

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your authentication credentials and for any activity that occurs under your account. You agree not to use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

4. Third-Party Services

Our service relies on third-party platforms, specifically Google Workspace (Google Sheets, Google Cloud) and Slack. Your use of those platforms is governed by their respective Terms of Service and Privacy Policies. We are not responsible for the availability, performance, or security of these third-party services.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the service.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
